Part of the EXPLORE series of outdoor adventure programs for kids in grades K to 5, presented by Buttonwood Nature Center. Join a Buttonwood Naturalist to learn about the wonders of birdwatching! Participants will learn how to focus binoculars, keep a field journal, and identify bird songs. There will be a short activity to practice using binoculars, followed by a bird walk and a fun craft. Fee: $8 member of Buttonwood Nature Center; $10 general public. Space is limited. Register online by July 8 at buttonwoodnaturecenter.org.
