Town Hall Meeting Tax Code
Rep. Paul Schemel and Rep. Frank Ryan will teach about PA's existing tax code and potential changes to property, sales, and income taxes. Schemel asked Ryan to share his expertise from years working as a CPA. Ryan, a retired Marine Reserve colonel, specializes in corporate restructuring and authored the book "Revolutionizing Accounting for Decision Making."
