Presented by The Institute. Free. Enjoy a full theatrical production of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night's Dream under the trees at Red Run Park. Presented on the park's stage, this MEG (Maryland Entertainment Group) production marks the eighth anniversary of the group’s Shakespeare in the Park performances. In this magical, comic, romantic fantasy, four lovers roaming the Athenian woods are bewitched by fairies. First performed around 1596, the much-beloved play revolves around love, jealousy and marriage. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and a picnic if you wish.
