Seth Holmes is the 42 West Arts Co-op Featured Artist for March and April. The Opening Reception is Friday, March 3 from 5:30 - 8 pm Seth Holmes is a watercolor artist based in Waynesboro, PA with a love for the local historic architecture and thriving community of independent small businesses and arts community. Seth is on a mission to capture the history and charm of Waynesboro through his watercolors. He also offers house commissions that capture the whimsy, wonder, and personality of a family's home, as well as painting classes. 42 West Main Street Waynesboro, PA
