Above and Below the Line is a tax preparation business that specializes in individual tax returns for single filers, married couples and senior citizens. Federal, State and Local returns are included.

Michael is a certified Enrolled Agent with the IRS and holds both a Masters degree in Accounting as well as an MBA from Penn State.
