Franklin County Schedules Mosquito Sprays For Multiple Municipalities
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (August 28, 2026) – Residential and recreational areas in Greene and Guilford townships will be sprayed for adult mosquitoes beginning around sunset on Sept. 1. Franklin County staff will spray areas in Washington Township and Waynesboro Borough starting around sunset on Sept. 2. Franklin County Shows Support For Future First Responders With Simulator Purchase
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (August 14, 2026) – On Wednesday, the Franklin County Commissioners invested in the workforce of tomorrow, awarding $100,000 in grant funding to the Franklin County Career & Technology Center (FCCTC) to purchase a 911 simulator system.
