About Us
Fort Ritchie Community Center is more than just a gym. We are the heart of our rural community, bringing people together through health, recreation, education, and connection.
Our vision is to be the best Community Center in America. Our mission is to provide exceptional health, recreational, and educational experiences that improve the quality of life for all.
We proudly offer free and low-cost programs and services for youth, families, and senior citizens, along with community events such as Trunk-or-Treat, Cruise-In, Fishing Tournament, Indoor Yard Sales, and Craft Bazaars that foster connection and community pride.
Youth programming is offered year-round and includes a 9-week summer camp for elementary and middle school students, and throughout the school year, an evening Kids Club, a daytime Homeschool Club, and a Teen Empowerment Program where local teens build confidence, leadership, and essential life skills. Additional offerings include youth sports camps, walking clubs, and Red Cross blood drives.
Our fitness amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, cardio room, multi-purpose training space, free-weight room, and a basketball court gymnasium. We offer group fitness classes six days a week, mornings and evenings, with options for all abilities—from yoga and strength training to Zumba and Chair Fitness.
Our facility also offers rentals from birthday parties to baby showers!
At Fort Ritchie Community Center, we strive to truly be the center of our community, where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to thrive.
